Discovering the Afternoons

Our daily routine, during a 24 hour day, is based on 'time' sections; Morning, noon, afternoon, evening ,Night , Dawn and dusk. The natural cycle of all the known creations continue in a pattern that shall be referred as "Perfect" . These fractions of day are how I want you to think of 'time' and its tactics, nothing beyond this repetitive and charmless routine.

All parts of the day have certain philosophical, romantic and all sort of roots with wisdom and will except "Afternoon" . Calmness and phlegmatic effect of nights and evenings or freshness in dawns and dusk is well discussed but the sharpness in daylight is pressed under the burden of ignorance. There is enough of wisdom and light for soul here as well I believe and lets begin a journey on words as our vehicle and discover the "Afternoons"

In human life, it occupies roughly the latter half of the standard work and school day which means that the description of everything you do is experienced by an ' afternoon '. Afternoon is like an unsung hero or like a painter;  Leonardo Dan Vinci , trying best to give the hints of existence of secrets of present lives and believes. What do you think Mona Lisa's smile suggest? 'Afternoons' are that smile, sarcastic one and the one that gives an impression of familiarity. Its like Mona Lisa knows something of you and you don't realize. Afternoon knows procedure and workings of day and secrets of night that occupy your mind, during the day, out of shame, satisfaction, proud or emptiness.

Its actually very strange that darkness conveys the sense of ''secrets" when the actual witness of everything, afternoon, roams around when sunlight is at its prime. After realizing this, imagine how 'Afternoon' smiles at human race. That smile has everything from calmness to restlessness, warmth to coldness, hiding secrets to presenting theories. Afternoon combined possesses as much of lessons as the rest of the fragments combined. Value it, cherish it and smile to it like it has been doing to us all since history can trace.
